We start with the client's needs |
| |
| In order to define training objectives and content of training we carry out an analysis of the real language needs of the company or institution in terms of the linguistic competence of their staff and specific language skills required. Bell Corporate checks in detail the language level by applying specialised language tests, both written and oral. The results of the needs analysis and tests are presented to the company management in the form of a detailed language training programme which defines the aims and the content, number of learners in groups, teaching materials, timetable, location and cost estimate. |
| The programme our clients choose is implemented by qualified and experienced teachers who work under the supervision of academic managers. The Bell Code of Practice and the EAQUALS accreditation require from Bell Corporate teachers continuous improvement of their professional skills. This gives our clients the guarantee of high professional standards and integrity. |
Continuous supervision of the training |
| The implementation of the programme is supervised by academic managers, who coordinate the entire process, observe classes and collect feedback from the participants on the quality of teaching and effectiveness of the training. At client's request, we prepare reports, which include information about class attendance, course content, teaching material covered and assessment. |
| Each stage of training is followed by a test and learners obtain certificates which include "can do" descriptors related to the Common European Framework of Reference as well as details about the length of the course, its level, test result, general assessment of progress and suggestions for further study. |
